Grief is a human right, that needs to be witnessed by community. When we do not process our grief appropriately, we become ticking time bombs, ready to explode in any moment. Capitalism does not want us to grieve together, because if we do, we will recognize the harm of it all.

Ritual & Ceremony
Ritual is the recognition of important passages in our lives and the lives of our people. It can be the simple act of celebrating the harvest, or the return of the light (winter solstice). Sometimes much bigger, like the beginning of parenthood. As we recognize these stages, and give them energy, we are able to be shaped by life, allowing life to move through us.

Conflict Resolution
Conflict is an incredible opportunity to deepen relationships and to get to know ourselves better. It is also inevitable. Sharing life with other humas is complicated, and differences will always arise. Allow me to help you navigate conflict with Grace, in a way that will bring depth and courage on the other side.
